What If Your Soul Is Living More Than One Life Right Now?
Most people who believe in reincarnation understand it as a journey through successive lifetimes. We enter a physical body, experience the opportunities and challenges of earthly existence, die, return to the spiritual world, and eventually begin another incarnation. Each lifetime contributes to the soul’s development, with experiences accumulated over centuries or even thousands of years.
But what if reincarnation does not always follow a chronological sequence? What if the soul can experience several lifetimes simultaneously, with each incarnation expressing a different aspect of a greater consciousness?
These questions form the foundation of our next Hybrid Genies exploration, One Soul, Many Lives: Are We Living in More Than One Reality?
Following our Halloween special, Many Doors to Memory: The Lives We’ve Lived, Janet Kira Lessin and Theresa J. Morris return to examine the relationship between reincarnation, consciousness, soul fractals, and the nature of time. Drawing upon decades of personal experiences, spiritual exploration, past-life regression, and their respective cosmological frameworks, they investigate whether our familiar understanding of birth, death, and individual identity represents only part of a much larger story.
Simultaneous Incarnations: One Soul, Many Expressions
The concept of simultaneous incarnations proposes that a greater soul can express itself through multiple individuals and lifetimes without necessarily completing one incarnation before beginning another.
In this framework, consciousness is not confined to a single personality or historical period. A greater spiritual identity may extend into multiple lives, each with its own memories, relationships, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
These individual expressions are sometimes called soul fractals, a term that describes portions of consciousness that retain their connection to a larger spiritual whole while experiencing themselves as complete individuals.
Imagine an enormous tree whose branches extend in different directions. Some receive abundant sunlight, while others encounter storms, cold, or changing seasons. Each branch experiences different conditions, yet all remain connected to the same roots and participate in the tree’s life.
Similarly, the soul-fractal model suggests that individual incarnations contribute their experiences to a greater consciousness, even when those lives unfold in different historical eras.
This perspective raises intriguing questions about personal identity, spiritual development, and whether our relationships with other people extend beyond the circumstances of our present lives.
Past-Life Memories and the Doors of Consciousness
Janet Kira Lessin has spent decades exploring reincarnation through hypnotherapy, past-life regression, meditation, dreams, and spontaneous experiences of other identities.
Some of her most vivid encounters have involved historical settings and individuals whose lives intersected with pivotal moments in human history.
During one meditation, Janet experienced herself as a young boy beneath a table in the room where Abraham Lincoln lay dying. Looking upward, she perceived Lincoln’s consciousness separating from his physical body while the adults around him remained unaware of what she was witnessing.
Her subsequent research led her to investigate Halsey Cook Taft, known as Holly, whose family maintained close relationships with the Lincoln household.
Another recurring experience has taken Janet back to Hampton Court Palace and the story of Catherine Howard, Henry VIII’s fifth wife. For more than thirty years, she has returned in dreams to the corridor associated with Catherine’s desperate attempt to reach the king, a recurring experience that eventually inspired her visionary historical series, Time Lord of Nibiru.
These experiences encourage a broader examination of memory itself. Does consciousness preserve information beyond the present personality? Can dreams and altered states provide access to experiences associated with other identities? And might some of those identities exist simultaneously within a greater reality?
Does Time Exist Outside the Physical World?
Our understanding of reincarnation depends heavily upon how we understand time.
In everyday life, we experience time as a continuous progression from past to present to future. We remember yesterday, live today, and anticipate tomorrow. Physical events seem to follow an orderly sequence that cannot be reversed.
But spiritual experiences often offer a different perspective, suggesting that consciousness may encounter time in ways that do not align with ordinary chronological measurement.
Janet describes a lucid dream in which she became aware of herself rearranging enormous, sail-like sections of what she perceived as the fabric of space-time. Using her fingertips, she gently repositioned these vast sections and allowed them to settle into place.
When she asked what she was doing, she was told she was correcting distortions in the timeline and belonged to a group called the Time Lords.
This experience became another foundation of Time Lord of Nibiru, which explores the possibility that consciousness can move through historical periods, revisit significant events, and participate in a larger process involving the structure of time.
If time functions differently beyond physical existence, then the apparent separation between past and future incarnations may reflect the limitations of earthly perception rather than the complete organization of consciousness.
Higher Selves and Multidimensional Identity
Theresa J. Morris brings her own experiences and developing cosmological framework to the exploration of simultaneous incarnations.
Her work examines higher selves, extraterrestrial contact, multidimensional consciousness, cosmic communications, and the possibility that aspects of an individual’s greater identity participate in different realities.
Together, Janet and Theresa consider how these ideas relate to soul fractals, astral projection, life between lives, and the experiences people describe when they encounter unfamiliar dimensions of consciousness.
Their perspectives also raise an important question: If a greater part of our consciousness exists beyond our physical identity, what relationship does that larger awareness maintain with our everyday decisions?
What Would Simultaneous Incarnations Mean for Humanity?
The possibility of simultaneous incarnations has implications far beyond curiosity about former lives.
If consciousness expresses itself through many individuals and historical periods, then our concept of personal identity may need to expand beyond the body, personality, and circumstances we presently recognize.
The soul-fractal framework invites us to reconsider our relationships with others, the purpose of earthly experiences, and the value of the different perspectives that consciousness may explore.
It also introduces questions about free will. Does each incarnation make independent choices? Can one lifetime influence another? Do the experiences of different soul expressions contribute to a shared spiritual understanding?
And if the greater soul gathers knowledge through many lives, how might that understanding help humanity develop greater compassion, cooperation, and respect for consciousness?
The Journey Continues
Our Halloween broadcast opened many doors into the mysteries of life, death, memory, and cosmic existence. In this continuing exploration, we focus on one of the most intriguing possibilities: that the individual we recognize in the mirror represents one expression of a consciousness far greater than we ordinarily perceive.
Through personal accounts, philosophical questions, spiritual traditions, and emerging concepts of multidimensional identity, Hybrid Genies invites listeners to reconsider what it means to be a soul experiencing physical life.
Perhaps the most important question is not simply who we were in another lifetime, but who we are becoming through all the lives and relationships that contribute to our greater existence.
Join Janet Kira Lessin and Theresa J. Morris as we explore simultaneous incarnations, the many expressions of one soul, and the possibility that consciousness transcends the boundaries of time.
Much love, blessings, and aloha.
