Russia’s Silent War Against America: How Trump, Religion, and Authoritarianism Are Tearing Us Apart
By Janet Kira Lessin & Minerva
After years of research, careful observation, and deep intuitive listening, I have reached an inescapable conclusion: Russia has launched a war against the United States — not with bombs, tanks, or missiles, but through political, psychological, and economic subversion. Their goal is clear: to destroy American democracy from within, without firing a single bullet. And they found their perfect agent, willing or otherwise, in Donald Trump.
But Russia is not the true architect of this war. Russia is simply exploiting a system that was already quietly constructed — a system born from secretive religious-political networks built over the past seventy years. To understand how America reached this point, we must look beyond Russia, beyond Trump, to the shadowy architects of authoritarianism cloaked in faith: men like Doug Coe.
The Hidden Architects of Authoritarian Control
Doug Coe (1928–2017), leader of The Family — also known as The Fellowship — spent decades quietly building an invisible empire. Under the guise of prayer breakfasts and private spiritual counseling, Coe engineered loyalty networks among the world’s most powerful men: presidents, senators, dictators, and oil magnates.
Coe’s philosophy was not based on Jesus’s compassionate teachings. It was based on obedience to authority, absolute loyalty, and divine sanction for those who seized power. In private teachings, he praised how Hitler, Stalin, and Mao commanded unwavering loyalty, not because of their ideologies but because of their methods.
Coe was not inventing something new. He was resurrecting ancient systems of imperial religious control—the fusion of faith and power perfected by emperors, monarchs, and secret societies over centuries.
His model resembled early Roman Christianity under Constantine, medieval divine-right monarchies, and secret brotherhoods like the Freemasons: elite, loyal, invisible.
Coe believed democracy was weak. He believed that strongmen—chosen by God—should rule, shielded from public accountability, and supported by secret faith-based alliances.
The system he built did not depend on elections, parliaments, or popular will. It depended on personal relationships, loyalty, and spiritual obedience.
It was this system — invisible to most Americans — that Russia found and exploited.
Trump: The Perfect Instrument
With his deep personal insecurities, craving for wealth, and disdain for rules, Trump was a perfect vessel.
As detailed in the documentary Active Measures, Trump’s ties to Russian financial networks and intelligence operatives stretch back to the 1980s. He was compromised long before he entered politics — financially, personally, and strategically.
Trump learned well from the masters who shaped him:
- Roy Cohn, the political blackmailer who taught him to attack, never apologize, and destroy enemies without mercy.
- Doug Coe’s network sanctified loyalty to strongmen over loyalty to principle.
Trump’s rise was not accidental.
It was the natural consequence of decades of quiet preparation:
a system ready to be exploited by any figure ruthless enough to step into the role prepared for him.
Religion Weaponized
Meanwhile, movements like The Family had already softened American political culture, replacing the actual teachings of Jesus — compassion, justice, radical love — with obedience to earthly rulers cloaked in the language of prayer.
One of the most chilling moments in The Family documentary shows Doug Coe meeting with Arab leaders. After a simple prayer to Jesus, they fell to their knees—not in spiritual transformation but in political submission.
This was Coe’s genius: turning faith into a loyalty oath, hiding conquest beneath the language of devotion.
Over time, everything kind, loving, conscious, and peaceful was hollowed out, leaving behind a weaponized version of Christianity ready to be deployed for authoritarian ends.
Russia’s Role: Exploiting the Cracks
Russia, observing America’s growing internal rot, stepped in. Through cyberattacks, disinformation campaigns, financial manipulation, and psychological warfare, they accelerated divisions already seeded in America’s soul.
They didn’t need to create authoritarianism.
They only needed to amplify it.
They understood that America’s institutions had already been weakened —
- Trust in the media eroded
- Religious movements politicized
- Racial and economic divisions weaponized
The silent war was well underway before Russia ever launched a single cyberattack.
Russia exploited the system that Doug Coe, Roy Cohn, and their disciples had spent decades building.
The Larger Pattern: A Global War on Democracy
And it is not just Russia. China, Saudi Arabia, and other authoritarian powers are now watching, learning, and participating.
The goal is not merely to influence elections. It is to dismantle democracy and replace it with a new world order where strongmen rule with divine sanction, above the law, morality, and the people.
Conclusion: The Time for Denial Is Over
This is not a conspiracy theory. It is a documented, visible assault on the soul of humanity.
The spiritual corruption came first. The political collapse followed.
If we fail to name this clearly—if we continue to treat this as “just politics”—we will lose not just a country but also the idea that freedom, dignity, and truth belong to all people, not just the powerful few.
The silent war is real.
The architects are known.
The weapons are in plain sight.
It is not too late.
But the window is closing fast.
Speak now.
Stand now.
Fight for the spirit of freedom — or see it extinguished in our lifetime.
