ONE SOUL, MANY LIVES: The Night of Four Downloads ~ How one soul lives many lives at once, and how I learned to visit mine

Title image prompt: A woman of light with long red hair stands at the center of a vast circular hall of glowing doorways; four open onto a Judean courtyard, a Tudor palace, an Elizabethan court, and a castle floating above a green hill, while hundreds more doors wait in the distance. Autumn gold, burgundy and deep blue. Cinematic 16:9, large and high-detail, no text.
Four Women, One Night
Image prompt: A woman with long strawberry-blonde hair and bangs sleeps under a burgundy quilt in an early-1990s bedroom, a harvest moon in the window, as four glowing doorways open above her bed. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
One night in the early 1990s, four of my past lives walked into my sleep, one after another. First came Miriam, a woman of Judea in the time of Jesus. Catherine Howard followed, Henry VIII’s fifth wife, and I walked with her to the end of her short life. Mary Shelton came next, a lady of Queen Elizabeth’s court. Last came Guinevere, queen of Camelot, standing in a castle that floated above a green English hill.
Then my alarm clock rang, and Guinevere vanished midstory. I got up, dressed and drove to my job at Penn State, carrying four lifetimes inside me like a secret.
I call it the Night of Four Downloads. For thirty years I have asked the same question: why those four, and why that night?
A Year of Fifteen Minutes
Image prompt: A warm 1990s living room in State College, Pennsylvania, where a gray-haired professor couple sits beside a cassette player while a small circle meditates on sofas and cushions, lamplight glowing gold. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
The answer begins with a promise. My friend Megan and I joined a weekly meditation class that two Penn State professors held in their home in State College. We listened to tapes on the White Brotherhood, and the class asked us to do one thing: meditate fifteen minutes every day, at the same hour, without missing a day.
I kept that promise for a full year. Each evening after work, while my husband cooked dinner, I closed my eyes and went inside. I had no idea what the practice was building in me. Looking back, I see it as a foundation. My soul waited until I grew strong enough to hold what it had saved for me, and then it opened every door at once.
“Our lives stack in layers, waiting for the moment we can receive them.”
Doors That Open in Layers
Image prompt: A luminous astral woman with long flowing red hair drifts through a starry void toward a row of towering golden doorways receding into the distance. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
My four lives span fifteen centuries and three lands, yet they arrived together, like chapters of one book. That night taught me the deepest lesson of my life: we live our lives in layers, not in a line.
Most people picture reincarnation as a ladder. We climb one rung, die, rest, and climb the next. My experience tells a different story. Every life I remember stays alive inside me, open and present, waiting for me to knock. I believe all my lives run at once, and the order I remember them in follows my readiness, not the calendar.
My Peeps
Image prompt: A red-haired woman in a rust sweater walks through a park ablaze with autumn color to greet two smiling men, each with a translucent 18th-century French figure behind him like a reflection. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
The people from our other lives keep coming home to us. In a past life, I was Jules, an acrobat and fencer who died escaping the Bastille. In this life I found Jules’s people again: my second husband, whom I knew then as Marie, and my friend Et. My best friend and foster sister Marion first appeared to me in a dream of a willow picnic, years before I met her in the flesh. My husband, Sasha, carries the eternal name Ka’El, the one I have loved across every age as Enki.
You have met a stranger who felt like an old friend. Trust that feeling. Recognition is memory knocking at the door.
The One Who Keeps Finding Me
Image prompt: A shadowy cloaked figure stands at the end of a corridor of doorways showing Paris at night, a Camelot battlefield and a candlelit palace, dead leaves swirling at his feet. Burgundy and charcoal. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
Soul family has a shadow. I call mine Nemesis, the adversary who wears a new face in each era. He chased Jules to his death in Paris. He rose as Mordred against Camelot. His energy keeps returning, and each time I meet it with clearer eyes. Our adversaries teach us too, and recognizing them across lifetimes takes away their power to surprise us.
Above the Lives
Image prompt: A towering luminous oversoul in robes of gold light sends shining threads into many small human lives scattered across eras below, framed by twelve tiers of light with a thirteenth glowing at their heart. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
How can one soul live so many lives at once? Dr. Michael Newton found the answer in the hypnosis sessions of thousands of clients. They reported that a soul leaves part of its energy in the spirit world when it takes a body, and that older souls can animate more than one life at the same time.
My memories confirm it. Above my human lives stands Ninmah, an Anunnaki healer more than half a million years old, who sends fractals of herself into Earth lives. Above Ninmah stands Ki’Ra, the oversoul who once led the terraforming project that became Earth. Each life I remember forms one branch of a great tree, and every branch drinks from the same roots.
My co-host Theresa J. Morris maps this architecture in her own cosmology of higher selves, the Universal Stacks and Human 33. Her map joins a lineage as old as the Kabbalah’s Tree of Life and the Gnostic Aeons: a ladder of light from Source down to a single human heart.
“Each life I remember forms one branch of a great tree, and every branch drinks from the same roots.”
The Blue Lady
Image prompt: A translucent woman of soft blue light with long flowing hair flies over the night side of the Earth beneath a harvest moon, then dives into a glowing underground realm and out among the stars. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
I remember my lives, and I visit them too. When my body sleeps, the Blue Lady takes over. She is my astral self. As a little girl in Pittsburgh, I flew out through my crown, circled the planet, and slipped down through our basement crawl space into the underworld. Today the Blue Lady travels around the Earth and under it, into space, onto other worlds and through other dimensions and vibratory frequencies, as Thoth teaches in the Emerald Tablets.
She walks the ruins of Nibiru. She returns to Johnston Atoll. She mends the fissures in time that pull us toward World War III. Bleed-through runs both ways: my lives touch me, and I touch them.
One Territory, Many Doors
Image prompt: A cosmic map of one luminous territory with many doors: a remote viewer sketching at a desk, a tunnel of light, a glowing park where souls gather and a radiant source beyond. Autumn tones framing deep blue space. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
People ask me whether near-death survivors, astral travelers, hypnosis subjects and remote viewers all reach the same place. I answer: one territory, many doors and many depths.
Remote viewers stay in the body and look across this physical world, past distance and time. Near-death survivors leave the body, pass through a tunnel toward a loving light, review their lives and turn back at a border. I have crossed that threshold eight times, and in my life reviews I met Enki, the one I call the Narrator. Beyond the threshold lies home, the spirit world Michael Newton’s clients described, and Robert Monroe mapped as Focus 27. Beyond home rise the oversoul, the Halls of Amenti and Source itself.
A near-death experience proves that anyone can leave the body. Astral travel opens the same doors on purpose. The Blue Lady walks through them all.
Your Turn
Image prompt: A circle of people of every age sits around a crackling autumn fire under the stars, faces lit amber, with faint figures from their other lives glowing behind them. Cinematic 16:9, no text.
Your lives wait for you too. Dreams, meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, déjà vu, and the jolt of meeting someone you already know can all open a door. Keep a promise to yourself: fifteen minutes a day, and watch what your soul brings you when you grow ready to receive it.
Join Theresa J. Morris and me on Hybrid Genies as we open these doors together.
Much love, blessings and aloha.
