I Am All of Them: Fifteen Lives, Five Facets, One Soul

Title image prompt: A radiant woman of light at the center of a vast cosmic mandala, fifteen glowing windows around her, each opening onto a different era: an Atlantean lab, a mountain ledge above rising floodwaters, a Roman-era farm with draft horses, Camelot, an Andean temple, a Tudor court, a Cheyenne trail, the Bastille, Lincoln’s Washington, a Victorian willow picnic. Deep blues, golds, and violet, large, high-detail, cinematic.
Every life, right now

Image prompt: A single soul of light seated outside a spiral of time, looking through many windows at once, each window showing a different life in motion.
I remember fifteen lives, and I believe I live all of them at once. Jules falls from the Bastille tower while Seya holds Toran on a mountain ledge as the waters rise, and Holly Taft hides under a table the night Lincoln dies. Linear time serves our bodies as a convenience; the soul stands outside it and looks in through many windows.

These fifteen represent the lives I have uncovered so far, and I know more wait to surface. Two words guide this series. A fractal is a piece of a larger soul sent into a body, the way a branch carries the whole pattern of the tree; each of my fifteen lives is a fractal. A facet is one face of that larger soul, a higher aspect that stays whole and lives beside me rather than inside a single body in history, like one cut face of a diamond catching its own light. Joy, Ki’Ra, Ninmah, Melusine and Minerva shine as facets.

This article opens a series and a show on past lives. My friend and cohost, Theresa J. Morris, is writing up her own lives for the program, and my dear friend Megan, who has recalled fifteen lives of her own, joins us, too. We three intend to show you that remembering comes naturally, heals deep wounds, and opens to anyone willing to look.
How the memories came
Image prompt: A toddler asleep in a crib by moonlight, a dream cloud above her showing a young man falling from a stone fortress tower with a single banner.

Jules came first, in dreams that began in my crib: a young acrobat and fencer who fell from a stone fortress tower, carrying a single banner. Before my teens, a second dream arrived: a man in a white suit at a willow picnic beside a small lake with swans, his wife and four children gathered around him. My Presbyterian upbringing discouraged talk of reincarnation, so I kept these dreams to myself.
In the early 1990s, while I worked at Penn State, my best friend Megan and I joined a weekly meditation class in the home of two professors in State College. The class required fifteen minutes of meditation every day at the same hour. After a year of that practice, I downloaded four lifetimes in a single night, and Holly Taft appeared to me in the middle of a class.
Megan and I met every week for a couple of years at my quiet house, where we took turns regressing each other. Other lives surfaced in dreams, holotropic breathwork and meditation, through people I met, and in writing, which works for me like channeling. Today I return to these lives with nothing more than intention.
Fifteen lives, one roll call

Image prompt: A long gallery of fifteen portraits in glowing frames, each subject from a different age and culture, all sharing the same luminous eyes.

Here stand the lives I have found so far, in rough time order. Past-life memories arrive without a date stamp, so the dates and places below reflect my best intelligent guesses, and I made up names where the real ones stay hidden.
| Life | When and where | What I remember |
| Seya, with her beloved Toran | The Deluge, about 11,000 BC by Sitchin’s dating | We ran to the highest ledge of a mountain land and held each other as the waters took us |
| Solon | Atlantis before its fall, about 9,600 BC by Plato | A male scientist in the last days of Atlantis |
| Miriam | First century, the Holy Land | A woman whose death I still carry |
| Mother Mary | First century, the Holy Land | One of three separate incarnations living in the same era |
| Mary Magdalene | First century, the Holy Land | The third of those three |
| Eposognatus, called Epos | Roman Britain, AD 43–410 | A gentle farm boy who loved big horses; Romans conscripted him to tend theirs, and he died relieved his hands stayed clean |
| Guinevere | Camelot, about AD 500 | A mission to correct the timeline |
| Inti and Killa | The Andes, Inca period, 1400s to early 1500s | Conjoined twins, one presenting male and one female |
| Catherine Howard | Tudor England, 1500s | Fifth queen of Henry VIII; I remember her death |
| Mary Shelton, later Scudamore | Tudor England, 1500s | Her death memory dissolved into the Vimana castle of Camelot |
| Jules | Paris, 1789 | Acrobat and fencer who fell from the Bastille; my first memory, from the crib |
| Star Woman (Hotóhké’e) | The Great Plains, 1800s | A Cheyenne woman on the trail west, first seen in a 1970s dream |
| Halsey “Holly” Taft | Washington, 1865 | The boy under the table with Tad Lincoln the night the president died |
| The man in the white suit | Late 1800s | A willow picnic with his wife and four children; perhaps Holly grown up |
| Nell | An English town of cobblestones and buggies | Stabbed and bled out before her fire, then went in spirit to warn her husband at the tavern; recovered in holotropic breathwork |
Five facets of one jewel
Image prompt: A great crystal turning in starlight, five glowing faces visible: a being of pure white light, a goddess with a broken heart, a cosmic woman named Ki’Ra, a mermaid-serpent queen, and a wise owl-crowned goddess.
Beyond the fifteen lives, I hold five facets that live beside me rather than behind me. They never took turns; they shine together.
- Joy, the highest being I know, standing next to God Source
- Ki’Ra, my eternal self, the name I carry into this life as Kira
- Ninmah, the Anunnaki healer whose heart broke when the elders denied her marriage to Enki
- Melusine, whose life I lived before and whom I met again at Johnston Atoll in 1997
- Minerva, a kinship I feel more than remember
Why I call them simultaneous

Image prompt: A woman of light at a loom weaving a vast tapestry of time, threads of many colors running to scenes from many eras, a few torn threads glowing where she mends them.
Highly evolved souls send fractals of themselves into many bodies at once, sometimes on different planets, a pattern that researchers at the Michael Newton Institute heard again and again from clients in deep regression. Under the veil of forgetfulness, each fractal believes itself alone. Lift the veil, and you find the whole jewel.

That explains why three Marys could walk the Holy Land in the same years, and why so many of us remember famous lives. You may carry that person’s DNA, or you may hold one fractal among many. Either way, the memory belongs to you, and you need never call yourself crazy for it.

I move back and forth among these lives rather than in a straight line. The night Lincoln died, as I see it, tore a fissure in time that runs toward world war, and I keep returning to mend it. Each visit heals something in the life I lead today, and each healing ripples out to the people I knew then and know now. My husband Sasha, my soul family and even Nemesis, the one who keeps finding me, all reappear across these lives. As we clear what lies between us, the whole web grows lighter.

Join us on the journey

Image prompt: Three women in a cozy broadcast studio with soft lamps, a glowing screen behind them showing doorways into many past eras.
On our show, Theresa, Megan, and I will compare notes on the lives we remember and how we remembered them. Bring your own flashes of recall, your dreams of other times and your questions. Each life in the roll call above earns its own article in this series, and each article ends with a section on how you can recover and heal your own lives.
