Who Wrote This? The 75-Year ET Curriculum No Human Institution Could Have Built

Part One of Three  |  Disclosure Now Series

Prepared for the March 20, 2026, broadcast with Stephen Bassett

Disclosure is not coming. It is already here.

The question is not whether governments have concealed the extraterrestrial presence. Enough former officials have testified under oath, enough Pentagon-verified video evidence has been released, and enough Congressional hearings have been held to settle that question for anyone willing to look. The question now is why the official acknowledgment arrives in 2026 — after seventy-nine years of suppression — and not a decade earlier or later.

The answer lives inside a curriculum not built by any human institution.

Six hundred films. Ten thousand television episodes. Seventy-five unbroken years. Every country on Earth. Every screen. A perfectly sequenced education in extraterrestrial contact delivered through the most powerful mass transmission technology ever built — and not one government, studio, network, or secret society organized it from beginning to end.

Curricula have authors. So who wrote this one?

The Curriculum: 1951 to 2026

It began four years after Roswell, before the classification architecture that buried the crash evidence was fully in place.

The Day the Earth Stood Still, 1951. A benevolent extraterrestrial arrives to warn humanity that its nuclear weapons program threatens the larger galactic community. The military shoots him. The government suppresses his message. He delivers it anyway — directly to the scientists and thinkers who can receive it. The Department of Defense refused to cooperate with the film. Military hardware showed up on set regardless. The screenwriter secretly encoded a Christ allegory without telling the director. The suppression apparatus blacklisted him. The message reached theaters anyway.

That is not a coincidence. That is a pattern. And the pattern ran for seventy-five years.

The Foundation Decades: 1950s through 1990s

The 1950s seeded the concept into American living rooms through Tales of Tomorrow, Science Fiction Theatre, and a steady stream of ET films while families ate dinner. The 1960s accelerated with The Twilight Zone reaching 40 million viewers per episode and Star Trek launching in 1966 — humanity working alongside alien species as equals, a future where contact had already been answered and humanity was elevated by it. When NBC tried to cancel Star Trek in 1967, a grassroots letter campaign saved it. The curriculum’s distribution network defended itself.

The 1980s delivered the truth-embargo template through V — friendly-seeming aliens concealing predatory intent, a government complicit in the cover-up, a human resistance fighting for disclosure. The 1990s went explicit: The X-Files ran for 9 seasons on the government’s suppression of alien contact as its central premise. Stargate SG-1 ran ten seasons on ancient alien gods revealed as technologically advanced beings who had shaped human civilization for millennia.

The 2000s and 2010s: Prestige and Proof

Steven Spielberg executive-produced Taken in 2002 — forty million viewers, the Roswell aftermath traced across three generations, the government cover-up explicit, the alien program operating on its own timeline answering to no human authority. Battlestar Galactica won the Peabody Award and delivered its central revelation: the cycle had happened before and would happen again, guided by an intelligence steering outcomes through dreams and direct intervention across vast spans of time.

Then the documentary channel of the curriculum crossed a line. In 2019, History Channel’s Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation put Luis Elizondo — the former head of the Pentagon’s secret $22-million-per-year Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program — on camera with Pentagon-verified UAP footage: the Gimbal, GoFast, and FLIR1 videos from the 2004 USS Nimitz encounter. Former government officials. Authenticated military evidence. Prime-time cable television. The line between entertainment conditioning and active disclosure operations had dissolved.

The 2020s: Congress, Whistleblowers, and Spielberg’s Final Film

In 2023, former intelligence officer David Grusch testified under oath before Congress that the U.S. government had recovered non-human craft and biological material and had been running a secret reverse-engineering program for decades. Multiple Congressional members stated publicly they had seen classified briefings confirming his testimony. The UAP Disclosure Act passed. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office was established by law.

Dan Farah’s documentary The Age of Disclosure broke Amazon Prime’s record for the highest-grossing documentary in platform history within forty-eight hours of its November 2025 release — featuring former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, current Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and former military and intelligence officials describing classified programs directly.

Then on March 13, 2026 — two days before you are reading this — Steven Spielberg stood at South by Southwest in Austin and told the world:

“I have a very strong suspicion that we are not alone here on Earth right now — and I made a movie about that.”

Disclosure Day opens June 12, 2026. Seventy-nine years after Roswell. The trailer carries the line: “This 79-year terror campaign of lies has to end.”

The man who has been the curriculum’s most prominent human instrument across fifty years named his final film Disclosure Day and scheduled it to open on the Roswell anniversary. The curriculum is complete.

The Missing Pillar

Stephen Bassett — America’s only registered ET disclosure lobbyist and our guest this Friday — built the strongest institutional case for disclosure in American history. His framework rests on two pillars: Hollywood, which ran the cultural conditioning curriculum, and Washington DC, where official acknowledgment must ultimately arrive. Both pillars stand. The framework stops short of one answer.

A two-legged structure does not stand. The pyramid has three points.

Hollywood and Washington DC occupy the base — the visible, human-institutional level. The apex sits above both. The Non-Human Intelligence that seeded the Hollywood curriculum in 1951 and simultaneously managed the political conditions of its own disclosure did not choose one track or the other. It authored both. Those who serve the apex — certain bloodlines, certain classified programs, certain institutional architectures humans call the deep state or the Illuminati — are not the capstone. They are conduits of it.

The capstone floats above the pyramid body. The eye sees. The structure below serves a function it does not fully comprehend. That image has appeared on every American dollar bill since 1935. It was never decoration.

The author of the curriculum is Non-Human Intelligence managing the conditions of its own disclosure on a timeline that predates every human institution currently debating the subject. The Sumerian record calls them the Anunnaki. They arrived on Earth approximately 450,000 years ago, shaped human civilization from its genetic foundations, and have remained here ever since. They prepared humanity — at the pace human nervous systems could absorb — for exactly this moment.

Stop arguing about whether the transmitter exists. You are standing inside the broadcast.

But why 2026? Why does the disclosure arrive now and not a decade earlier or later?

That answer requires understanding a political event that occurred 4,150 years ago. It is the subject of Article Two.
