5 hours agoToo many outs for criminals in the US – pleading the 5th, executive privilege. It’s surprising anyone’s ever convicted. The expression “no one is above the law” is BS.

3 hours agoJack Smith needs to proceed with the assumption that everyone they subpoena will use appeals as a delay tactic and send every subpoena out at once with a timeframe for appeal so they can all be addressed at the same time.

4 hours agoSo, that means if I do or see a crime committed, and don’t report it until I publish a book for profit, I can negotiate being subpoenaed. Good to know.
