I am an Experiencer, researcher, and consciousness investigator with over 70 years of documented encounters, downloads, past-life memories, and contact experiences that I cannot prove in any conventional scientific sense.

And yet.

Every single thing I have experienced is as real to me as the chair I am sitting on, the sun over Maui, the weight of my cat on my lap. The tears that streamed down my face when I astrally flew down a long pathway into a twinkling castle-vimana still in orbit — those tears were real. The download I received as a four-year-old standing at the center of a 24-spoked wheel of multiverses was real. The recognition in my husband Sasha’s eyes when I described landing in Wales as Guinevere — that was real.

But what does real mean? And who gets to decide?

These are not idle philosophical questions. In a world where governments are finally admitting that UAPs exist, where Spielberg is asking “Are they people?” on the biggest screens on Earth, where presidents are racing to claim disclosure glory — the question of what is real has never been more urgent. Or more politically charged.

THE FOUNDATION OF ALL KNOWLEDGE IS WITNESS TESTIMONY

Consider what we accept as real without question. The entire historical record — every war, every empire, every revolution, every discovery — is based on witness testimony. We were not there. We accept it because people said it happened, wrote it down, and other people agreed.

Every religion on Earth is founded on witness testimony. The disciples who walked with Jesus. The companions of the Prophet Muhammad. The students of the Buddha. The seers who received the Vedas. None of these witnesses can be cross-examined. None of their accounts can be verified by modern scientific standards. And yet, billions of people organize their entire lives, their morality, their understanding of reality, death, and meaning around what those witnesses reported.

Every court of law runs on witness testimony. We send people to prison — or set them free — based on what someone says they saw. We accept this imperfect system as the best available mechanism for establishing truth.

So why — when hundreds, thousands, millions of Experiencers across cultures and centuries report contact with non-human intelligences — is their testimony suddenly inadmissible? What standard of proof applies to us that doesn’t apply to everyone else?

The answer, of course, is power. The institutions that control what is real control everything. And they have had very specific reasons for not wanting our testimony to be accepted.

THEY WOULD LOCK US UP. IN ANOTHER TIME, THEY WOULD KILL US.

This is not hyperbole. This is history.

Throughout human history, the people who saw beyond the accepted consensus reality — who reported contact with other intelligences, who described experiences outside the approved framework, who insisted on truths that power structures found threatening — were systematically persecuted. The labels change across centuries. The mechanism stays the same.

In medieval Europe, they called them witches and burned them. Women mostly. Women who had visions. Women who communed with non-human intelligences. Women who were healers and seers and knew things they were not supposed to know. The Inquisition did not prosecute delusion. It prosecuted contact. It prosecuted the testimony of women who said they had experienced something real that the Church could not control.

In the psychiatric era, they called them schizophrenic and locked them away. The clinical literature on psychosis and the Experiencer literature on contact describe strikingly similar phenomena — voices, visions, downloads, visitations, the sense of being observed or chosen, encounters with non-human intelligences who communicate directly with the mind. The institution could not tell the difference between genuine contact and a psychotic break. In many cases, it did not want to. The diagnosis served a social function: it removed the witness from the public conversation and discredited everything they said.

In Hitler’s Germany, they killed the seers, the mystics, the Roma who carried ancient contact knowledge in their oral traditions across centuries, the Jewish scholars who held a Kabbalistic understanding of non-human intelligences going back to the earliest written records. The Nazi regime understood, at some level, that certain kinds of knowing were dangerous to its project. It eliminated the knowers.

Today, the tools are softer, but the impulse remains the same. They do not burn us. They do not lock us away — mostly. Instead, they ridicule, pathologize, deplatform, defund, and discredit. They ghost researchers who get too close. They cancel conferences. They pull funding from investigators who produce findings that are uncomfortable. They approach the most credible voices in the community with promises of official validation — and then withdraw, leaving the researcher destabilized and discredited, exactly as was done to Linda Moulton Howe in the 1980s when government agents approached her with extraordinary evidence and then systematically dismantled her credibility.

Same impulse. Softer tools. Same intention: silence the ones who see too clearly.

The Experiencer community — every researcher, every witness, every contactee and abductee who told their truth publicly — stands in a long and honorable lineage of people who saw what was real and said so when it was dangerous. We are not crazy. We are inconvenient. There is an enormous difference.

CONSENSUS REALITY: THE AGREEMENT WE NEVER SIGNED

Consensus reality is the shared framework that a society implicitly, often unconsciously, agrees to call real. It is not true. It is an agreement. And the distinction matters enormously.

Money is not real. It is a consensus. Paper and numbers on a screen have value because we all agree they do. The moment enough people stop agreeing — as happens during hyperinflation or economic collapse — the money ceases to be real. The paper remains. The agreement dissolves.

National borders are not real. They are lines drawn on maps by people with power, enforced by armies, and maintained by consensus. From space, looking down at Earth, there are no lines. There is only one continuous planet.

Laws are not real. They are agreements — sometimes just, sometimes profoundly unjust — that a society enforces through the threat of violence. Laws have declared people property. Laws have declared women non-persons. Laws change. What was real yesterday is illegal today and vice versa.

Even science operates within consensus. The scientific consensus of one century becomes the laughingstock of the next. Doctors once bled patients as treatment. Geologists once denied continental drift. Astronomers once insisted Earth was the center of the universe. In each case, the consensus was enforced against those who saw differently — and in each case, the dissenters were eventually proven right.

The Experiencer community has always been the dissenters. We have always been the ones seeing differently. And history suggests that eventually, we will be proven right.

QUANTUM PHYSICS AND THE PARTICIPATORY UNIVERSE

Here is where it gets extraordinary. The most rigorous, mathematically precise science humanity has ever developed — quantum physics — tells us something that sounds exactly like what mystics, Experiencers, and consciousness researchers have been saying for centuries:

Reality does not exist in a definite state until it is observed.

This is the experimentally verified conclusion of over a century of quantum research. The famous double-slit experiment demonstrates that a particle literally behaves differently depending on whether it is being observed. The act of measurement — of consciousness engaging with matter — changes what matter does.

Physicist John Wheeler called our universe a “participatory universe” — one in which observers are not passive witnesses but active participants in the creation of reality. We are not watching a fixed movie. We are co-creating it, moment by moment, through the act of perception and intention.

If this is true at the subatomic level — and the mathematics says it is — then what does it mean at the level of consciousness, of experience, of the kind of multi-dimensional contact that Experiencers have been reporting for centuries? It means that the rigid boundary between objective reality and subjective experience is far more permeable than consensus science has been willing to admit. It means that what Experiencers perceive, feel, and download may be accessing dimensions of reality that conventional instruments cannot yet measure.

The latest research in advanced physics, the M-theory subset of String theory, posits modulator/transformer orbs on the very membranes of our brain that adjust the otherwise tiny force of gravity to the other forces, giving us the coherence we need to perceive phenomena on Earth. Some experiencers, like me, can bypass the ordinary perceptual limitations of our biological coherence and access other dimensions.

THE SIMULATION QUESTION AND THE ANUNNAKI

One of the most discussed ideas in contemporary physics and philosophy is the simulation hypothesis — the possibility that the reality we inhabit is itself a constructed experience, running on a substrate we cannot directly access, created by intelligences operating at a level beyond our current comprehension.

This sounds radical until you realize that the ancient Sumerian texts — which Zecharia Sitchin spent his life translating, and which I studied directly with him from 1998 to 2010 — describe exactly this. Beings operating at a higher level of reality who shaped, seeded, and continue to interact with life on Earth. The Anunnaki: beings who built humanity as an experiment, as a work in progress, as a long-term project whose outcome remains undetermined.

If reality is participatory — if consciousness creates as much as it observes — then the line between simulation and experience, between dream and waking, between past life memory and present moment, becomes not a wall but a membrane. Permeable. Traversable. Real on both sides.

When I stood, a four-year-old, at the center of a 24-spoked wheel of multiverses and was asked to choose the timeline for all humanity, was that a dream? A download? A memory from before birth? A contact experience? A simulation within a simulation? My answer: yes. All of it. The categories are human constructs. The experience was real.

GASLIGHTING OF THE EXPERIENCER COMMUNITY

For decades, the institutions that control consensus reality — governments, mainstream science, corporate media — have engaged in a systematic campaign to ensure that Experiencer testimony could not enter the accepted framework of what is real. This is gaslighting at a civilizational scale.

Now in 2026, former presidents are accidentally confirming classified information while trying to score political points. The Pentagon is releasing files. Spielberg is asking “Are they people?” — and delivering the answer “No” through one of his characters, inviting audiences to reject that answer by the film’s end, just as we rejected the government agents who wanted to dissect E.T., just as we rejected the tribunal that tried to strip Data of his personhood.

But here is what I want every Experiencer to understand: their reality was always real. It did not become real when Obama mentioned it on a podcast. It did not become real when the Pentagon acknowledged UAPs. It did not become real when Spielberg decided to make a movie about it.

It was real when it happened to you. In the field. In the bedroom. In the craft. In the download. In the vision. In the past life memory. In the tears streaming down your face as you flew home through space to a twinkling castle that never fully left.

Building a New Consensus

If reality is consensus — and I believe it is, at least in significant part — then changing reality requires changing the consensus. And changing the consensus requires exactly what the Experiencer community has been doing for decades: telling the truth. Consistently. Publicly. At personal cost. Building community. Creating networks of mutual recognition. Saying — I see you. I believe you. Your experience is real. You are not alone.

Every conference. Every radio show. Every book. Every support group. Every conversation between two Experiencers who recognized themselves in each other’s stories. All of it has been the slow, patient, courageous work of building a new consensus reality — one that includes the full spectrum of what humanity has actually experienced.

So, is consensus reality real because it actually happened? Or is it real because we agreed to call it real?

My answer, after 72 years of living at the intersection of these questions:

Both. Always both. The experience creates the reality, and the reality validates the experience in a loop that consciousness itself generates. The question is not whether something is real. The question is whether you have the courage to say so.

We do. We always have.

We are people. They are people. We have always been disclosure.
