The Yellow Book, the Serpo Exchange, and the Quiet War Over Earth’s Future

Just after sunset in 1963, runway lights illuminated the tarmac at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. Standing nearby were President Lyndon B. Johnson and fifteen of the most powerful military and civilian officials in the United States government. What they witnessed that evening was never intended for public record.
A disk-shaped craft descended silently, settled onto the runway, and powered down.
The visitors were not unknown. Within classified circles, they were already regarded as allies—Extraterrestrial Biological Entities, or EBEs—beings who, according to U.S. intelligence sources, had been quietly assisting Earth since 1947. Their earlier involvement, officials believed, had helped prevent a catastrophic Nazi-led invasion of North America using advanced antigravity craft developed in Antarctica at the end of World War II.
From the newly landed craft, a tall, slender humanoid emerged. Known to U.S. officials as Ebe-2, she wore a simple dark-blue, form-fitting coverall. She spoke fluent English. Her visit would last four hours.
She announced that she had come bearing a gift for Earth.
It was called the Yellow Book.
The Yellow Book
According to documentation later summarized by researcher Len Kasten in Secret Journey to Planet Serpo, the Yellow Book was a transparent object, roughly 8 by 11 inches and 2.5 inches thick, bordered in bright yellow. It appeared inert until a human viewer brought their eyes close to its surface.
At that point, the device read the viewer’s electromagnetic field—what the EBEs described as the individual’s energetic signature. Images then appeared, accompanied by text rendered in any of more than eighty human languages that the reader understood.
The Yellow Book did not function like a conventional book. It projected living, holographic history: Earth’s past, the development of civilizations, the broader history of the galaxy, and the long relationship between humanity and extraterrestrial cultures. Images unfolded as immersive experiences rather than static illustrations.
One revelation was particularly striking.
According to Ebe-2, the first ambassador the EBEs sent to Earth—approximately two thousand years ago—was Jesus.
Readers reportedly could not engage with the Yellow Book for more than twenty-two hours at a time. Once set down, if picked up again later, it would restart from the beginning, replaying everything the reader had already seen.
Recovering the Dead and Closing a Chapter
While Ebe-2 spoke with U.S. officials, her two companions carried out a solemn task. They loaded their craft with the remains of nine EBEs who had died in earlier incidents known today as the Roswell and Kingman crashes. They also recovered the body of Ebe-1, a surviving mechanic from one of those crashes who had lived for years under U.S. supervision.
Ebe-1 had played a crucial role in establishing two-way communication between Earth and the EBEs’ home world: Serpo, a planet in the Zeta Reticuli system, approximately thirty-nine light-years from Earth.
Through Ebe-1, an exchange program had been negotiated.
It was known by its code name: Project Crystal Knight.
The Serpo Exchange Program
Under the terms of the agreement, twelve Americans—military personnel with scientific and technical training—would travel to Serpo and live there for thirteen years. In return, an EBE ambassador would remain on Earth for twelve years, assisting U.S. scientists and engineers with advanced technologies, particularly antigravity propulsion.
Ebe-2 announced that she would return to Earth in two years, accompanied by that ambassador.
The exchange was not simply scientific. It was geopolitical.
And it was deeply contested within the U.S. government.
Kennedy, the CIA, and the Fight for Control
President John F. Kennedy had authorized the Serpo Exchange and intended it to become his defining legacy. But Kennedy believed the program had been compromised.
At the time, the CIA—under Director Allen Dulles—was heavily staffed with former Nazi scientists and intelligence officers brought into the United States under postwar programs. Kennedy blamed the CIA for the Bay of Pigs disaster and feared that its leadership was using extraterrestrial technology for covert power rather than planetary benefit.
In response, Kennedy created the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and ordered it to assume control over extraterrestrial affairs. He directed the DIA to coordinate defense-related intelligence across agencies and, where possible, to share alien-derived technologies with allied governments to improve life on Earth.
Many of the documents and testimonies that later surfaced—some anonymously, some through controlled leaks—trace back to this shift in authority.
Kennedy did not live to see the full results.
Antarctica, 1947: The Battle the World Never Learned About
To understand why the EBEs were welcomed as allies, one must return to Antarctica in 1947.
That year, Admiral Richard E. Byrd led a massive U.S. naval expedition to the southern continent. Officially, it was a scientific mission. In reality, it was a military operation aimed at eliminating a Nazi stronghold known as Neuschwabenland, where advanced antigravity craft—often described as flying discs or “bells”—had been developed.
During the operation, multiple disc-shaped craft emerged from the ocean in the Weddell Sea. They attacked Byrd’s fleet, sinking ships, destroying aircraft, and killing dozens of marines. The engagement lasted roughly twenty minutes. The U.S. forces were forced to retreat.
Byrd reportedly urged President Truman to nuke Antarctica. Truman refused to acknowledge the incident.
The message was clear: Earth was defenseless against this technology.
Why the EBEs Mattered
According to Kasten and other sources cited by Sasha Lessin, the EBEs from Serpo had been monitoring Earth’s nuclear weapons development. While they lacked nuclear technology themselves, they recognized its destabilizing potential.
After the Antarctic defeat, the EBEs provided the U.S. with antigravity craft and assisted in reverse-engineering the technology. This intervention, sources claim, prevented a Nazi-Reptilian alliance from launching a planetary conquest.
The Serpo Exchange was born from necessity, not curiosity.
Cinema as Disclosure
Sasha Lessin argues that elements of this history were later leaked to the public through popular culture—most notably in Close Encounters of the Third Kind, directed by Steven Spielberg.
While dramatized, the film mirrored key aspects of the Serpo narrative: peaceful contact, an exchange program, musical communication, and government secrecy. The real launch site was not Devil’s Tower but a Nevada test range, and the real exchange team was all male. But the core story, Lessin contends, was largely intact.
Hollywood made it palatable.
A Hidden History
The Serpo Exchange, the Yellow Book, and the Antarctic conflict form a single narrative thread—one that reframes World War II, the Cold War, and even religious history within a broader cosmic context.
Whether humanity was ready or not, Earth had already entered interstellar politics.
And much of that story remains classified.

Roswell, Kingman, and the Serpo Exchange
Ebe-2’s companions retrieved the remains of nine EBEs lost in the Roswell and Kingman scout-disk crashes, along with Ebe-1, the surviving mechanic who had helped Earth establish contact with Serpo, a planet in the Zeta Reticuli system.
Ebe-1 had been instrumental in arranging Project Crystal Knight—the exchange program that would send twelve Americans to Serpo while an EBE ambassador lived on Earth for twelve years.

JFK, the CIA, and the Battle for Disclosure
President John F. Kennedy viewed the Serpo Exchange as his legacy—but only if he could wrest it from the CIA.
Kennedy believed the CIA—then led by Allen Dulles, whom Sasha identifies as a Nazi sympathizer—had sabotaged both his presidency and Earth’s future. He responded decisively:
- He created the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)

Antarctica, Nazis, and the Battle of the Weddell Sea
Sasha situates Serpo within a far older conflict.

Now, in ’63, a tall, lanky extraterrestrial humanoid, Ebe2, emerged from a hatch; she wore a coverall dark blue bodysuit. She was here for a four-hour visit. Ebe2 announced in English that she had a gift for Earth, the Yellow Book. The Yellow Book, she said, shows the viewer all Earth’s history and the history of the galaxy as well.
Len Kasten, in Secret Journey to Planet Serpo, writes that as Ebe2 and the Americans spoke, a screen in her translation device showed a printed form in both Eben and in English. She read the form aloud in English.
Her two flight companions loaded their craft with the nine bodies of the Ebes who’d died in the Roswell and Kingman scout-disk crashes and landings. They also loaded the body of Ebe1, the mechanic who’d survived one of the crashes. Ebe1 had helped us contact Serpo and arrange for the exchange program, Crystal Knight, that would bring twelve Americans to Serpo in the Zeta Reticula system, 240 trillion miles from Earth. Ebe2 said she and an Ambassador would return to Earth in two years. The Ambassador would remain and help the U.S. for twelve years while twelve Americans lived and studied on Serpo.
The meticulously documented record of the exchange program that Kasten provides in “Secret Journey” corroborates the exchange program and the Yellow Book. President Kennedy made it happen.
The Ebes had been helping us since 1947, in a program run by President Eisenhower’s MJ 12 Committee and the Nazi-infiltrated CIA. MJ 12 included the “deep throat” whistleblower who put the story online. Kennedy wanted to cut off Allan Dulles, a Nazi sympathizer and the CIA chief (which was rife with pardoned ex-Nazis), from the Serpo Exchange Program. Kennedy felt the CIA had marred his presidency with their failed invasion of Cuba. He wanted the Serpo exchange program to be his triumphant legacy. And he wanted the program out of Dulles’s and the CIA’s hands. So Kennedy created the Defense Information Agency to take over all defense coordination. He charged the new agency to, to the extent possible, share with our governments agreements with aliens and the technology they shared that could improve life on Earth. The website leader, probably a member of MJ12, wrote,
“The Yellow Book is an 8 x 11 inch object, 2 1/2 inches thick, made of a clear, heavy fiberglass. The border of the book is bright yellow.” When the viewer brings his eyes close to the book, the device reads his electromagnetic aura and images and words in any of the 80 human languages he uses appear. “Pictures tell the story of the Ebes’ lives, their exploration of the universe, their planet, their societal life, and the Ebes’ longtime relationship with Earth.” The Yellow Book showed their first ambassador to Earth, some 2000 years ago, was Jesus.

SPIELBERG’S “ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND” LEAKED HOW SERPO EBES SAVED US FROM NAZIS AND DRACO REPTILIANS
In “Secret Journey to Planet Serpo,” Len Kasten documents how ETs from a planet in the Zeta Reticula system came to snoop on our nuclear facilities but then saved us from Nazis and Draco Reptilians in Antarctica who’d given them fighter-disks.
The Nazis and the Dracos coveted Earth and its Galaxy. In 1947, when the Nazis retreated to their warm-water cave under Antarctica, the U.S. sent Admiral Byrd’s fleet to get them. Fighter-disks appeared at the cave’s mouth, shot down Byrd’s planes, sunk a ship, killed 64 marines, and forced his retreat.
Our military feared defeat at the hands of the disks. Fortunately, people (called EBEs) from the planet Serpo, who had been monitoring our nuclear testing sites, gave us disk technology that let us make our own antigrav disks able to repel Nazi disks.
The EBEs and the U.S. created an exchange program. Twelve American men would live for 13 years on Serpo, the ETs‘ home planet, while an ambassador from Serpo would brief the American military, making our disks. The Ambassador would assist President Kennedy’s Defense Information Agency in its mission to disclose our ET exchange with Serpo. A Pentagon insider had Spielberg mostly tell the true story. I say only “mostly” because Spielberg added two women exchange-team members to his movie. He also showed his movie team blasting off dramatic Devil’s Tower, whereas Kasten’s authenticated documents from the DIA show they blasted off visually boring Nevada nuclear testing grounds. In 1909, the SOCIETY OF GREEN MEN, who lived in a subterranean colony in Tibet, and their Reptilian allies had Germany’s emissary to Imperial Japan, KARL HAUSHOFER, train Hitler, ally Germany with Japan, “conquer Russia, rule the Eurasian landmass, confront the West European and Anglo-American alliances,” and conquer our segment of the galaxy by 5000 CE.
“The Green Men were connected with the underground empire of Reptilian extraterrestrials from Alpha Draconis, said to extend from southwestern Tibet across India to Benares, India. This empire is called PATALA, “SNAKEWORLD,” HOME OF THE NAGAS SERPENT RACE AND GREYS from Zeta Reticuli–a seven-level complex of huge caverns and tunnels deep underground.” The Nagas “in alliance with extraterrestrials from Orion had already enslaved civilizations in twenty-one star systems in a nearby section of the galaxy. Nazis had a pact with the Reptilians in 1933 that resulted in the transfer of advanced technology to Germany, including ANTIGRAVITY DISCS.”
The Reptilians invited the Nazis to build a colony next to the one they and their Grey allies kept in Antarctica. The Germans designed their Antarctic base, called Neuschwabenland, as “a joint German-alien scientific and technological development for interplanetary conquest.” In 1943, Nazi Himmler picked ten thousand blond, blue-eyed 17-24 year-old Ukrainian women and 2,500 SS soldiers to Neuschwabenland–four women for each soldier–and sent them to Antarctica in subs to breed Aryans for the Nazis. Stalin told Churchill and Truman that HITLER himself fled to Neuschwabenland and had his double killed back in Berlin.
“The rest of the German population was left to perish in the Allied onslaught. THIS CORE ARYAN COLONY would breed the new race. With superior weapons and extraterrestrial friends, the Neushwabenland civilization would establish the Fourth Reich, take over and enslave the inferior races on the rest of the planet.” When, as they expected, Earth’s poles again shifted 90 degrees, most people would die but Antarctica would “move to a temperate climate near the equator” and the Antarctic Aryans “would remain safe in their secure redoubt under the two-mile mantle of ice.”
The British attacked twice, and the Germans at Neuschwabenland beat them twice. In 1945, the Nazis sent, after they built their own craft, German and Japanese astronauts in one of the antigravity craft to Mars. In 1946, Truman sent “thirteen ships– two icebreakers, two destroyers, two tenders carrying three seaplanes each, two tankers, two supply ships, one submarine, two helicopters, the aircraft carrier Philippine Sea, carrying six DC3 twin-engine planes, the flagship Mt Olympus, and 4,700 marines” and announced this combat fleet would explore, that’s all. [ibid: 20, 34, 36]
BATTLE OF WEDDELL SEA
Byrd’s fleet encountered several flying discs that emerged from the water and attacked the ships in a twenty-minute engagement in the Weddell Sea. The discs were protecting the entrance to the tunnel. “ Flying discs sank the Pine Island and killed sixty-eight marines; discs also zapped one of the seaplanes and killed three seamen onboard. Truman ordered the invasion canceled.
Byrd wanted Antarctica nuked, but Truman silenced him. The U.S. military had already seen a German-made disc “without wings or rudder” overtake and explode our Liberator plane, leading a formation of allied aircraft over Switzerland, then zoom out of sight. Byrd’s defeat convinced the U.S. that it was defenseless against the Nazi craft. The NAZI CRAFT HAD “DIRECT GYROSCOPIC STABILIZATION, TELEVISION-CONTROLLED FLIGHT, VERTICAL TAKEOFF AND LANDING, JAM-FREE RADIO CONTROL, RADAR BLINDING, INFRARED SEARCH EYES, ELECTROSTATIC WEAPON-FIRING, HYPERCOMBUSTIBLE GAS COMBINED WITH A TOTAL REACTION TURBINE, AND anti-gravity flight technology. The Germans and Japanese had already successfully landed one of these craft on Mars in 1945.

In 1909, the SOCIETY OF GREEN MEN, who lived in a subterranean colony in Tibet, and their Reptilian allies had Germany’s emissary to Imperial Japan, KARL HAUSHOFER, train Hitler, ally Germany with Japan, “conquer Russia, rule the Eurasian landmass, confront the West European and Anglo-American alliances,” and conquer our segment of the galaxy by 5000 CE.
“The Green Men were connected with the underground empire of Reptilian extraterrestrials from Alpha Draconis, said to extend from southwestern Tibet across India to Benares, India. This empire is called PATALA, “SNAKEWORLD,” HOME OF THE NAGAS SERPENT RACE AND GREYS from Zeta Reticula–a seven-level complex of huge caverns and tunnels deep underground.”
The Nagas, in alliance with extraterrestrials from Orion, had already enslaved civilizations in twenty-one star systems in a nearby section of the galaxy. They chose the South Polar colony as a jumping-off point for their missions in this galactic neighborhood. Nazis had a pact with the Reptilians in 1933 that resulted in the transfer of advanced technology to Germany, including ANTIGRAVITY DISCS.”
The Reptilians invited the Nazis to build a colony next to the one they and their Grey allies kept in Antarctica. The Germans designed their Antarctic base, called Neuschwabenland, as “a joint German-alien scientific and technological development for interplanetary conquest.”
In 1943, Nazi Himmler picked ten thousand blond, blue-eyed 17-24 year-old Ukrainian women and 2,500 SS soldiers to Neuschwabenland–four women for each soldier–and sent them to Antarctica in subs to breed Aryans for the Nazis.
Stalin told Churchill and Truman that HITLER himself fled to Neuschwabenland and had his double killed back in Berlin.
“The rest of the German population was left to perish in the Allied onslaught. THIS CORE ARYAN COLONY would breed the new race. With superior weapons and extraterrestrial friends, the Neushwabenland civilization would establish the Fourth Reich, take over and enslave the inferior races on the rest of the planet.”
When, as they expected, Earth’s poles again shifted 90 degrees, most people would die, but Antarctica would “move to a temperate climate near the equator” and the Antarctic Aryans “would remain safe in their secure redoubt under the two-mile mantle of ice.”
The British attacked twice, and the Germans at Neuschwabenland beat them twice. In 1945, the Nazis sent, after they built their own craft, German and Japanese astronauts in one of the antigravity craft to Mars.
In 1946, Truman sent “thirteen ships– two icebreakers, two destroyers, two tenders carrying three seaplanes each, two tankers, two supply ships, one submarine, two helicopters, the aircraft carrier Philippine Sea, carrying six DC3 twin-engine planes, the flagship Mt Olympus and 4,700 marines” and announced this combat fleet would just explore, that’s all.
In 1947, after the Nazi craft defeated the Byrd expedition to Antarctica, “the U.S. military, alarmed about the Nazi antigravity fighter disks housed in their secure ice-bound redoubt in NEUSCHWABENLAND in Antarctica, knew the U.S. was vulnerable to invasion by these craft and defenseless against such an assault. American fighter jets could not be successful against aircraft that could hover, fly at supersonic speeds, and change direction instantly.
Consequently, when friendly EBEN ALIENS from Zeta Reticula offered a diplomatic exchange program that would expose us to their technology–far ahead of anything the Germans possessed–we could not refuse. BATTLE OF WEDDELL SEA
Byrd’s fleet encountered several flying discs that emerged from the water and attacked the ships in a twenty-minute engagement in the Weddell Sea. The discs were protecting the entrance to the tunnel.
“Flying discs sank the Pine Island and killed sixty-eight marines; discs also zapped one of the seaplanes and killed three seamen onboard. Truman ordered the invasion canceled.
Byrd wanted Antarctica nuked, but Truman silenced him.
The U.S. military had already seen a German-made disc “without wings or rudder” overtake and explode our Liberator plane, leading a formation of allied aircraft over Switzerland, then zoom out of sight. Byrd’s defeat convinced the U.S. that it was defenseless against the Nazi craft. The NAZI craft had “direct gyroscopic stabilization, television-controlled flight, vertical takeoff and landing, jam-free radio control, radar blinding, infrared search eyes, electrostatic weapon-firing, hyper combustible gas combined with a total reaction turbine and antigravity flight technology. The Germans and Japanese had already successfully landed one of these craft on Mars in 1945.
Kasten writes that Americans directed by the CIA’s Alan Dulles rescued the main NAZI criminal-scientists in the mind control, weapons of mass destruction development, germ warfare, and ethnic cleansing. After debriefing, these genocidal NAZIs were placed in defense-industry contractors, the intelligence services, military, oil and drug industries that rule North America to this day.
After the Americans lost the battle against the NAZIs in Antarctica, 6-fingered human ETs from Serpo (descendants of Lyrans from Apex and exile in space) in the constellation Zeta Reticula, who were snooping on our nuclear bomb research, gave our clandestine military antigravity craft, which saved us from the Nazi-Reptilian conquest with such craft. A shuttlecraft from a Serpo mother ship crashed while it spied on our nuclear weapons–which they lacked–in New Mexico. A crash survivor, Ebe1, and U.S. scientists made two-way communication with the ETs mothership and homeworld.
The ETs gave us an antigravity saucer-ship and helped our clandestine military back-engineer the craft so we could block Nazi recovery and their conquest of Earth and beyond. NAZI scientists, Kasten says, already run America.
In 1965, the U.S. sent ten military men and two military women (a doctor and a linguist) aboard the ETs rocket on a nine-month journey (through “space tunnels” without having to travel at light speed) to Serpo to obtain military and technological information. While an ambassador from Serpo stayed on Earth to help our scientists, our team lived on Serpo for thirteen years. Seven of our people rocketed back to Earth; three stayed on Serpo the rest of their lives.

Reptilians originating in the Draco star system got to ours via hollowed-out asteroids. There are seven different species in the Draco empire. One type has white segmented skin, cat-like eyes, wings & a pronounced jaw & teeth. The Dracos on Earth colonized a Pacific continent called Lemuria & later battled with the Atlanteans. Eventually, they formed a hybrid race with the Atlanteans. Our ruling hybrid Illuminati comes from the hybrid Atlantean-Reptilians.
Stewart Swerdlow tells the Lessins how he learned of a Reptilian race that lives underground and came to Earth over 800,000 years ago. He obtained this information during the 13 years he served as an experimental subject in a government-sponsored mind-control project in Montauk, NY.
Our clandestine government experimented on some 300,000 people at Montauk. Most of them died in the experiments. Now, Swerdlow says, countries broadcast mind control worldwide via satellites.
“Within our galactic neighborhood,” Lamiroy writes, “there are several humanoid races. Most of them are physical; some are not. Most have visited Earth; some still do & have bases there. We are descendants of human-like races who visited Earth.” They were from star systems of Lyra, Vega, Sirius, Orion, the Pleiades, & Andromeda.” The humanoid races originated on Lyra millions of years ago, & most now operating in our galaxy are descended from the Lyran/Vegan group, usually crossbreeds of local & Lyran/Vegan genomes. These ancient civilizations ventured into space, began colonizing, and encountered other races & civilizations. Conflicts erupted with other civilizations & this led to mass migrations & endless wars.” Some of these wars took place on Earth.
CAUCASIANS FROM LYRA (like modern Earth’s) JOINED BROWN-SKINNED HUMANOIDS ON VEGA, MET REPTILIANS IN DRACO
Millions of years ago, in our galactic neighborhood, several humanoid species dwelt in the constellation Lyra. Most were Lyran Caucasians who looked just like Earthly Caucasians nowadays, but taller. They colonized nearby Vega (25 light-years from Earth), where they found & interbred with brown-skinned people; the Vegans & their combined populations explored & planted colonies in the Orion, Sirius, Altair & Alpha Centauri systems. In Orion, Lyran-Vegans–but mostly Vegans–allied themselves with Reptilian races. (Lamiroy writes that the Greys came to Orion later)
The combined Lyran-vegan explorers also later met Reptilians in the Draco constellation. The Draco Reptilians had colonized a vast empire from Thuban in Alpha Draconis billions of years before the Lyran/Vegans arrived in Draco. The Reptilians colonized a vast empire, encompassing humanoid worlds they conquered or to which they voluntarily joined. The Dracos colonized not only the Alpha Draconis but also the Epsilon Bootes, Zeta II Reticuli, Polaris, Rigel (Orion), Bellatrix (Orion) & Capella (Alpha Aurigae) systems.
DRACO REPTILIANS WARRED WITH HUMANOID LYRAN-VEGANS IN ORION WARS
The Lyran-Vegan explorers fought the Dracos in the Ring Nebula over planets each sought for themselves. Dracos attacked the Lyran homeworlds and killed Lyrans by the millions. But by then, most Lyrans had already gone to other worlds. Lyrans in the Orion colonies hit Reptilian colonies in Orion & the Dracos struck back. When the wars between the Lyrans & Dracos started, there was no Orion Empire. Still, there were cooperation agreements between the Vegan settlers & local Reptilians on Orion-neighborhood planets.
These worlds rebelled against their Draco rulers & joined Lyrans against the Dracos. All these forces formed the present Federation of Planets, including Lyra, Andromeda, Pleiades, Hyades, Iumma [Wolf 424], Procyon, Tau Ceti, Alpha Centauri & Epsilon Eridani, all of Lyran-Pleiadean heritage. The Federation, Lamiroy says, includes “non-physical races, Sirian groups, Orion organizations, as well as Koldasians & Dal civilizations from a parallel universe.
Some Reptilian worlds joined the Federation to escape Draco rule. When the Federation started, the Cooperating Vegans and Reptilians of Orion began the Orion Empire. “They did this to stay out of the wars, ” but the wars continued.
